Sambamurti Memorial Lectureship Award
Competition Registration

The Sambamurti Memorial Lectureship recognizes a young (within 20 years of their Ph.D.) high energy or heavy ion experimentalist of outstanding achievement. The lecture is to be delivered at the annual RHIC/AGS Users Meeting.

Please complete and submit this registration form if you would like to nominate an individual. Self-nominations are permitted. All nominations require some input from the nominee.

The nomination package consists of:

• Letter of Nomination: a statement, less than 2 pages long, that discusses why the nominee is an ideal candidate for the lectureship
• Statement of Intent: a short statement, less than 1 page long, to be prepared by the nominee, describing the nominee's plan for the lecture
• Nominee's Curriculum Vitae (CV)
