Dear CFN User Community Each year we ask our users to complete a short satisfaction survey, so that we can better understand how we are meeting the research needs of our community. This survey is an important way for us to measure how we are doing. However, if there are areas where we can improve, we rely on you to tell us that directly, so that we can help you toward your research goals and make your experience worthwhile. The Department of Energy uses the results of this survey to evaluate the performance of the CFN, and so we appreciate your taking time to complete it. One measure of our performance is the total number of users who respond to the survey, so please submit this survey only once. An even more important measure is the quality of service the CFN has provided you this year. We strive for excellence -- if there are reasons you are unable to rank any part of your experience as either 'satisfied' or 'highly satisfied' (i.e., a 1 or a 2 on the survey scale), please tell us how we can make your experience better (send email to Chuck (ctblack@bnl.gov), Grace (cfnuser@bnl.gov), or just stop by). We are always interested in improving. Thank you again for your support of the CFN and for taking your time to complete this survey. The CFN cannot succeed without our excellent community of users.
