Big Data Science and Applications Summer School
Student Application Form

• Two letters of recommendation. After submitting this application form, you must share a "Reference Submission Form" link provided in your confirmation email with your recommenders. Letters of recommendation must be submitted within two days of the application deadline.

Eligibility requirements are as follows:

• Must be available Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the duration of the program
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must have active health insurance for the duration of the program
• Must have valid Real ID compliant identification by the application deadline.

Some requirements are specific to your level of study:

For High School Students	For College/University Students
Must currently be enrolled in 12th grade. Must be at least 18 years of age by the application deadline.	Must currently be a freshman in a local college. Must be at least 18 years of age by the application deadline. Must have a GPA between 2.0 and 3.0 for STEM courses ONLY (there is no overall GPA requirement).
