Mentorship Award Application

Eligibility Requirements:

Candidates must have a passion for promoting STEM education and awareness among younger women to encourage them to pursue studies in STEM fields. Previous experience is welcome but not required. Candidates must be based around Long Island.

Stop & Save Instructions:

• This online application form has a "Stop & Save" feature that provides applicants with the ability to stop, save their responses, and come back at a later time to resume their online application at the same point where they left off.
• To use the "Stop & Save" feature, applicants must have cookies enabled, cannot delete the application cookie until they have completed their application, and must use the same computer to answer all application questions.
