To minimize the risk of identity theft, and to protect applicants, any application materials must have all social security numbers and /or dates of birth removed (blanked out/blackened out, made illegible, etc.) prior to uploading into the application system. Eligibility requirements are as follows: - Must be at least 18 years of age by the start date of the program.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (green card holder) of the U.S.
- Applicant must be enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning, or recently graduated (within one year of this application).
- Will attend the full duration of the program.
